The weeks are flying by and the children are filled with excitement. With the holidays just around the corner, the children are showing lots of excitement and anticipation.
Our first trimester ended on Friday. Report cards will be available on the 10th.
Our Elf arrived on Wednesday. The children were so excited. They have named him Cupid.
This past week we completed our Personal Narratives. The children did a nice job finalizing them and having them printed up.
All in all it was a very productive week. We read stories from Wonders, were introduced to the new vocabulary words and had wonderful discussions about businesses in our community and how they help out.
Throughout the next few weeks, leading up to the holidays, I am sure that the excitement will build and the children will be full of excitement. We will do our best to keep the children engaged and focused, with a little bit of fun, of course.
I am looking forward to the book projects they worked on and are due tomorrow. The children will be presenting them to their class.
